Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you designate) receive your item. To exercise this right, please contact us at KaiBricksTeam@gmail.com.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at KaiBricksTeam@gmail.com. We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, we will process it using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that they have been returned. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
