You will receive tracking information when your order ships, where available.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you only upon delivery to your address, as required by EU law.

Kai Bricks is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use.
However, all purchases are made directly with Kai Bricks, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions, products, or services purchased through our store.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Kai Bricks is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website.
